Job summary

Liberty Roofing Center is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Youngstown, OH team. You will work with customers and a Territory Sales Rep to provide support, handle orders, and address delivery and pricing questions.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A strong foundation in sales and customer service is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist the customer base.
• Outbound sales calls to prospects and passing pre-qualified leads.
• Process orders and paperwork.
• Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide sales support for walk-in customers.
• Timely and effective communication with customers and Liberty administration.
• Attend trainings and adhere to company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in Youngstown, OH.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:

• Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base
• Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep
• Process orders and paperwork
• Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing
• Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide sales support for walk in customers
• Timely and effective communication
• Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion
• Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required
• General understanding of Sales and Customer Service
• Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
• Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
• Reliable transportation to and from work
