Job summary

Carter Lumber in Athens, Ohio is hiring an Inside Sales Rep to be the friendly face customers rely on when they walk in the store. You will share product information, advise on projects, produce estimates, and process transactions.

You’ll follow up on online quotes, qualify leads, support Outside Sales Reps, and help with inventory counts. This full-time role offers salary plus commission and growth opportunities within our family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication.
• Willingness to learn about products and assist customers in-store.
