Job summary

Carter Lumber Company in Athens, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to become the face of the store and the go-to person for customers stopping in. You will assist customers, share product information, provide project estimates, and process transactions while delivering friendly, responsive service.

You will cold call to qualify new leads, support Outside Sales Reps, and help with inventory through cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they walk in the store and act as the face of the store
• Share product information and provide advice on project needs
• Produce estimates for packages/projects and process transactions
• Follow up on online customer quotes and qualify new leads
• Support Outside Sales Reps as needed and help with inventory
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve overages/shortages
