Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking entry-level sales representatives in Houston to build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. No experience is required: we offer a paid, hands-on formal training program in sales and logistics.

What you’ll earn starts with 40,000–50,000 base compensation in your first year, plus uncapped commissions. Our average rep hits six figures after three years, with a fast-paced, in-office environment at 5005 Mitchelldale

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
