Job summary

Rocky Brands, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by making outbound calls and handling inbound dealer inquiries. You will upsell products, research new business, and use Excel to prepare sales reports for conversations with customers.

Responsibilities include order entry, upselling, and maintaining product knowledge. A 1–2 year sales/call center background is preferred, with Spanish as a bonus. This role requires flexibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 2–4 years related experience.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• 1–2 years of call center experience.
• Knowledge of online shopping and general E-commerce user experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based ecommerce tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to assigned territory to increase sales.
• Answer inbound dealer queue telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Meet or exceed outbound call requirements.
• Create and maintain reporting to help with sales conversations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all email/tasks.
• Secure and enter orders through phone/fax/email.
• Sell new styles, fill-ins and closeouts, and present promotions.
• Provide callers with accurate information or refer requests to the appropriate department.
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge; suggest upgrades as needed.
• Maintain and exceed set dollar sales goals for the territory.
• Work with outside sales to build the territory.
• Send printed information or follow-up within 24 hours.
