What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Identify and research businesses that can benefit from the company's services.
  2. Conduct 50-100 sales calls and emails per day to potential clients.
  3. Schedule appointments for the outside sales team based on qualified leads.
  4. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and detailed information.
  5. Prepare reports on a regular basis as required.
  6. Achieve monthly activity and lead generation targets to meet revenue goals.
  7. Provide requested information to prospects and follow up with thank you notes and letters.
  8. Perform other necessary duties as assigned.

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  2. 6+ months of experience in B2B outbound call center or equivalent prospecting/cold calling.
  3. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow a systematic sales process.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in lead generation and/or social media roles.
  2. Proven track record of successful sales or lead generation.
  3. Familiarity with the commercial building maintenance industry.
