We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on our EverHealth Products. EverHealth provides modern end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. Our open, connected ecosystem of solutions and services helps providers engage patients, increase revenue, improve business efficiency, and remain competitive. We serve 72,000 healthcare practices and growing. EverHealth comprises five SaaS products: DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and MDTec, which together offer comprehensive solutions for the healthcare industry.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can shift quickly. You possess an executive presence and are comfortable speaking with all types of medical professionals.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inbound leads generated through our website and marketing efforts.
  2. Qualify prospects by gathering key data and generate sales-ready opportunities for Account Executives.
  3. Follow up on old leads to create new opportunities.
  4. Conduct product webinars for freemium users using Zoom to introduce solutions.
  5. Maintain relationships with prospects until they are ready to buy.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and sales on projects to optimize sales processes.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism and ability to interact with C-suite prospects.
  • Customer service experience or customer-facing roles (optional).
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation (optional).
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, G Suite, Salesforce, and Apple products (optional but preferred).
  • A genuine passion for a career in sales and interest in healthcare and SaaS technology.
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.
  • Personality that fits with an innovative startup environment.

Location: This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S. Close proximity to an office is a plus, but not required. Must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Some travel may be required to Denver, Colorado, or other locations.
