Job description

TITLE: Inside Sales Rep

TYPE: Direct Hire

LOCATION: 100% Remote

ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Remote

START DATE: April/May 2025

SHIFT: 1st Shift, M-F, EST


We are looking for a proven inside sales rep who is looking to grow in their career. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality to go with excellent communication and follow up skills.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Perform outbound sales outreach to prospects utilizing phone calls, voicemails, and email techniques.
  2. Schedule meetings with prospects sharing with them how we are different and why they should work with us.
  3. Perform diligent post-conversation and post-meeting follow up.
  4. Research leads using a variety of both free and paid tools such as Zoominfo.
  5. Perform solution selling by taking a consultative approach.

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. High School diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  2. 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and speaking skills.
  4. Must be intrinsically motivated.
  5. Must be able to complete tasks with little to no direction, at times.
