Job summary

HomeTeam, a subsidiary of Rollins, Inc., is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage homeowners and generate sales in the field. You will present benefits and pricing, complete accurate sales paperwork, and coordinate with Pest Control Techs to ensure a delightful homeowner experience.

No prior sales experience is required as we provide training. Candidates must be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and be ready to work flexible hours in outdoor settings with a friendly team

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
