Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Florida. No sales experience is required; training is provided. You will generate sales by contacting homeowners, explain benefits of HomeTeam’s services, and complete sales paperwork to support field technicians.

The role offers an hourly wage plus commission, with an annual earning potential of $50K–$60K. Company vehicle, phone, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners with patience and persistence
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have necessary information
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Work outside and meet new people
