HomeTeam in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will reach out to homeowners to generate sales, explain benefits and prices of products and services, and complete sales documents to support Pest Control Technicians. No prior sales experience is required as training is provided, and success is rewarded in a friendly work environment.

You'll work flexible hours, interact with homeowners, and have opportunities for advancement within Rollins, Inc.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
