Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to work with homeowners in the local area. You will generate sales through door-to-door outreach, mail, and calls, building lasting relationships with customers and explaining the value of our pest-control services.

No prior sales experience is required as training will be provided. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required to join a dynamic, field-based team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
