Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense in Texas is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. You will reach homeowners in your area to generate sales, may knock on doors, follow-up calls, explain benefits and pricing, and complete sales documents.

No sales experience is required; training provided. Flexible hours, outdoor work, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No experience required – training will be provided!

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
