HomeTeam is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to reach homeowners, build relationships, and present pest control solutions. You will work in the field, training provided, and can expect a base plus commission structure with a company vehicle and benefits. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a willingness to work flexible hours in the Houston area.

No formal sales experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information needed.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
