HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to reach out to homeowners, generate sales, and build lasting relationships. You will explain the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s services, complete sales documents, and stay motivated while working independently.

The job involves outdoor work and flexible hours, with a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary plus commissions ranges from $65K to $85K annually.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners with patience.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products.
• Complete sales documents accurately for Pest Control Techs.
• Think quickly, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people.
