Job summary

Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning LLC is hiring a sales-focused professional in Lynnwood, WA to sell maintenance packages and develop customized solutions for customers. You will work with clients to assess needs, present options, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities include upselling, providing product details, and building long-term relationships while meeting monthly targets. Training is provided, with an hourly role and no travel required.

Job Details

Location: Brennan Heating – Lynnwood, WA 98036. Salary: $18.00‑$22.00 per hour plus commission. Reports to: CSR Manager.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $18.00‑$22.00 plus commission.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; training will be provided.

Work Hours

This is a non‑exempt, hourly position. Work hours will be determined; overtime may occur depending on business needs.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Office‑like environment with prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
