ARS is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in San Jose, CA. This high-energy sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling free in-home consultations for ARS heating and cooling solutions.

You will start friendly, talk to shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency, and represent ARS with a professional in-store presence. Weekly pay and uncapped commissions offered.
