Rentokil North America Pest Control is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell pest management services to residential prospects and current clients. You will drive revenue by following the company sales process and aiming to exceed baseline targets and KPIs with a customer-first approach.

The role emphasizes a 60%+ close rate, timely follow-ups, and multi-channel campaigns, including outbound and SMS, in a fast-paced environment. Benefits start day 1 for all full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years successful experience at a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
• 1+ years Call center experience.
• Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
• Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage inbound daily sales calls expectations.
• Maintain a 60%+ closing rate and convert customer calls into Year Round Protection Plan.
• Meet or exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target.
• Follow Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach.
• Follow up on all Proposed/Proposed/Open Orders and Sold/Proposed within 24 hours.
• Re-solicitation to convert single purchase customers into Year Round Protection Plan.
• Execute residential campaigns for both new and existing customers.
• Execute outbound and SMS campaigns as needed.
• Maintain call volume standards of 12-15 calls per hour.
• Meet or exceed monthly call quality targets (>=75%).
• Demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills.
