Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of sales experience in a rapidly growing organization.
• 1+ years of call center experience.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound daily sales calls and maintain a 60% closing rate.
• Meet or exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target and KPIs.
• Follow Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach and respond within 24 hours.
• Execute residential campaigns and outbound/SMS campaigns as needed.
• Maintain call volume of 12–15 calls per hour.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
