Job summary

Super-Sod in Pineville, NC is seeking an Inside Service Representative I to greet customers, handle orders, and support storefront operations. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to residential and landscaping customers, helping maintain a clean, welcoming store and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the Super-Sod stores.
• Operates curbside, counter sales and on the yard as needed.
• Collects information specific to customers’ lawn care needs in person and over the phone; directs requests to turfgrass professionals.
• Processes orders using Point of Sale system.
• Assists customers with questions relating to delivery, availability or price discrepancies.
• Ensures accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift.
• Maintains storefront, displays and inside working areas for accessibility and cleanliness.
