Job summary

Super-Sod is seeking an Inside Service Representative I to be the face of our brand in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, process orders at the point of sale, answer product questions, and support residential and professional landscaping customers with a friendly, detail-oriented approach.

You will collaborate with store managers and sales teams, assist with curbside and in-store service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming storefront.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store.
• Operate curbside, counter sales and yard as needed.
• Gather customer lawn care needs and direct to turfgrass professionals.
• Process orders in POS system and handle deliveries/price inquiries.
• Maintain storefront and assist with product inquiries and returns.
• Communicate with store team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
