Job summary

Super-Sod is seeking an Inside Service Representative I to greet customers, process orders, and provide exceptional service for residential and professional landscaping customers. You will handle inquiries, assist with product availability and pricing, and help maintain a clean, welcoming storefront.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and turfgrass knowledge, with full-time hours and potential Friday–Saturday adjustments depending on season.

Qualifications

• High school degree and business discipline.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the Super-Sod stores.
• Operates curbside, counter sales and on the yard as needed.
• Collects information about customers’ lawn care needs and directs requests to turfgrass professionals.
• Processes orders using the Point of Sale system.
• Assists customers with questions on delivery, availability or price discrepancies.
• Balances cash register at start and end of shift and records sales.
• Works with Store Managers, Inside Sales Reps, and Loaders to ensure excellent service.
