You will engage customers, prepare quotes, manage opportunities, and drive revenue while collaborating with a small, responsive team in a on-site setting with a Friday remote option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in sales, business development, or learning how a small business runs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with numbers, pricing, margins, and basic calculations.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales cycle from inquiry through order fulfillment.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email; understand customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and sales documents.
• Build relationships and identify renewals, replacements, service contracts, and add-on sales.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with teammates to process orders and resolve day-to-day questions.
• Proactively address customer concerns and propose solutions.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
