Qualificações

• Inside sales, customer service, or distribution experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Industrial distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain proactive communication with strategic accounts and support quotes and orders.
• Prepare accurate quotes; assist with pricing and availability.
• Process orders, returns, credits; coordinate with internal teams.
• Deliver professional customer service across channels.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales on territory strategy and insights.
