Lee Enterprises in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell print and online solutions to SMBs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an agriculture focus. This outbound role includes inbound leads and a base salary plus commission.

You will use consultative selling to build relationships, manage opportunities in a CRM, and meet revenue goals. Successful candidates are driven, organized, and able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to

Qualifications

• Advertising or equivalent combination of work-related experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Well organized, detail oriented and excellent follow-through.
• Dedicated and driven work ethic.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs – Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Prior experience in utilizing CRM system(s).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales & revenue objectives.
• Secure new and past clients through outbound efforts, pipeline management and cadence adherence.
• Serve inbound leads and deliver solutions that will meet their needs.
• Strong and consistent follow-up to meet business needs and customer satisfaction.
• Meet expectations of CRM utilization
• Contribute to a positive working environment.
• Demonstrate an ability to think creatively and communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Work with clients delivering accurate and timely solutions.
• Regularly manage client relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
