Inside Sales Rep – Vehicle Logistics (In-Office, Richmond VA)

Sweetie Boy Transportation is hiring! We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Rep to join our team and help grow our customer base in the car haul and drive-away logistics space. If you thrive on closing deals, managing accounts, and delivering excellent customer service (without ever talking to a carrier), we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect and generate leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
• Convert leads into loyal customers through consultative selling
• Build and manage a personal book of business within our customer network
• Handle inbound inquiries, qualify opportunities, and present tailored logistics solutions
• Provide ongoing support to customers—answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring smooth shipment coordination
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Collaborate with internal operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

What You Bring

• 3+ years of inside sales or account management experience—preferably in logistics, SaaS, or a B2B environment
• Proven ability to grow accounts and hit performance goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM platforms, email tools, and Microsoft Office
• High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Located in Richmond, VA – this is an in-office role with hybrid potential once ramped up
