The Remote Inside Sales Rep increases revenue by responding to/initiating incoming/outgoing potential customer inquiries, while using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.

The role involves:

1. Establishing customer contact through follow-up outbound calls and inbound return calls.
2. Promoting products and assessing customer needs to facilitate the use of company products or services, including explaining benefits and assisting with physician communication.
3. Resolving customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services.
4. Recording customer information and maintaining the database with accurate data entry and verification.
5. Ensuring quality service by adhering to departmental, company, and compliance policies and standards.
6. Facilitating the sales process by sharing information with internal and external contacts.
7. Completing and validating insurance benefits.
8. Providing follow-up as needed.
9. Contributing to departmental objectives by achieving contact and sales targets, and tracking/reporting sales progress.
