Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Rep role based in Provo, UT. The Inside Sales Rep will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and present services to potential clients in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include following up on inquiries, maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, and coordinating with investigation and cybersecurity teams to ensure accurate information is provided to clients. The role involves nurturing relationships, supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to close, and contributing to ongoing improvements in sales processes and client communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and empathy.
• Proven Lead Generation skills, including qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities.
• Account Management experience, including maintaining client records and supporting long-term relationships.
• Comfort discussing sensitive topics with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or additional education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in investigations, cybersecurity, legal services, or related industries is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to hand off clients to a Case Manger effectively.
• Considerations for Hybrid work once established in role.
