Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Project Manager to coordinate customer support from quote to delivery at our Tucson office. The role includes pre-sale education, quoting, contracts, deposits, and post-sale order entry and coordination with technical services, manufacturing, and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 3+ years in sales/service, strong customer service and organizational skills, and proficiency with business software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in sales or service-oriented role preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and organization.
• Professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with business software and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Generate professional project estimates and sales of metal building systems, residential metal roofing and components.
• Enter sales orders into software systems and coordinate internal resources to fulfill customer needs accurately and timely.
• Manage post-delivery issues such as damages, shortages, delays, changes, and field fabrication methods.
• Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact, providing assurance and maintaining relationships.
• Liaise between customer and company regarding potential issues and requests.
• Analyze and report on competitive market information.
• Provide and ensure customer-focused activities, deliverables, and services.
