Job summary

Design Tanks, LLC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a full-time Inside Sales and Project Manager to guide customer projects from inquiry through shipment. This role blends customer relationship management, project coordination, technical review, and inside sales while collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You'll respond to inquiries, develop quotations, coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing and Customer Service, and maintain strong client

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, project management, customer service, manufacturing, or related role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Associate's degree in business, engineering tech, construction management, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales and production process.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up on quotations and project opportunities.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify product solutions and develop quotations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service to move projects forward.
• Maintain project records and update customers on status and schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quoting, order processing, and communications.
