Inside Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of our evolving sales strategy. The Sales Professional will play a key role in refining our sales methods, pitches, and approaches, directly impacting the growth of our sales organization. This is a dynamic position where you’ll be encouraged to contribute creative ideas and make a tangible impact on our sales initiatives.

This position is entirely remote; however, due to company policy, candidates must be living in Nevada.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective clients
  • Continuously test and refine sales pitches, strategies, and approaches
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using Salesforce (or comparable CRM)
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve sales initiatives and drive performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
  • Experience with high-volume calling and time management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of Salesforce or comparable CRM experience
