Job Description

As the Inside Sales Representative - Account Management for our Moen brand, in conjunction with the assigned Field Sales region, you will drive sales through project opportunity management to meet or exceed sales goals. This position is intended as a developmental opportunity for progression to Field Sales.

This remote role is based in the Las Vegas metro area, covering Nevada, Central, and Northern California.

Salary: $40,000 USD - $66,000 USD + bonus and full benefits

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Selling - Support revenue attainment for the assigned field sales team
  2. Cross-Sell - Work with rep agencies to maximize cross-sell activities and customer share of spend
  3. Lead generation - Use Moen lead sources to identify project leads based on regional criteria
  4. Pipeline Management - Manage project-specific sales pipelines in coordination with the field sales business development manager
  5. Quote Management - Develop and manage project quotations in coordination with sales and customers
  6. Opportunity Management - Create, manage, and close project opportunities; conduct follow-ups, review specifications, understand product needs, establish timelines, and make recommendations in collaboration with Moen field sales
  7. Coordinate Fulfillment - Identify projects requiring supply chain forecasting
  8. Leverage Moen systems (SAP CRM, CJQ, QlikView) and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Residency within the assigned territory
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong listening, communication, energy, enthusiasm, and endurance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships
  • Ability to travel quarterly for meetings
  • Drive to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Willingness to develop a career towards field sales within 3 years

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
