Holt CAT is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Product Support Team in San Antonio, TX. You will act as the single point of contact for customers, developing relationships, and driving sales of parts and service solutions while managing direct mail and promotional campaigns.

The role requires identifying customer needs through analysis, collaborating with internal resources, and maintaining accurate account information.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related work experience in sales or service-based roles.
• Experience with industrial equipment or heavy machinery a plus.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for assigned customers.
• Develop, qualify, and maintain contact to increase parts and service sales.
