Precision Pump and Valve (PPV), part of Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), seeks a Branch Manager to lead the Midland, TX area branch operations, drive profitability, and foster client relationships. You will manage staff, set performance standards, and collaborate with regional leaders to achieve sales and service goals.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a commitment to customer service excellence in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.
