Precision Pump and Valve (PPV), part of Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), seeks a Branch Manager to lead the Midland, TX area branch operations, drive profitability, and foster client relationships. You will manage staff, set performance standards, and collaborate with regional leaders to achieve sales and service goals.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a commitment to customer service excellence in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise day-to-day branch operations.
• Collaborate with district/regional leadership to set goals for sales and operations.
• Hire, train, and manage branch staff; oversee performance and issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue new business.
• Support growth of new branch locations as needed.
