Inside Sales Representatives guide members through digital finance options, often closing in 1–2 calls. This fast-paced role leverages warm leads, Salesforce, and uncapped commissions to reward performance.

Hybrid/remote options are available, with shifts 6:00 AM–8:00 PM (MST/PST) and total compensation of $80,000–$130,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in inside sales or related field.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, commission-heavy environment.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Excellent time-management and ability to work independently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm leads with high-volume outbound dials.
• Lead consultative closes in one-call or two-call scenarios.
• Own and prioritize a dynamic pipeline (20–200+ leads).
• Balance empathy and direction in sensitive financial conversations.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales targets and adherence.
• Document interactions in CRM and maintain pipeline accuracy.
