Job summary

GenServe, LLC is a leading provider of scheduled and emergency power generator maintenance, repair, and sales in the United States, based in King of Prussia, PA. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, B2B service sales team and drive revenue growth.

You will perform 75+ outbound calls daily, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and build strong relationships with decision-makers while negotiating win–win contracts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to build a rewarding career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Make 75+ outbound calls/day to identify and connect with potential customers.
• Drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and negotiate contracts that create win-win outcomes.
• Use planning and prioritization skills to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Keep detailed records of progress in Salesforce to accurately forecast success.
