Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a result-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our call center operations in Nashville. You will develop new sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and communicate product features via calls and emails.

Responsibilities include lead follow-up, CRM maintenance, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment with standard weekday hours; occasional Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or call center environments.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and basic MS Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing product information via calls and emails.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads.
• Keeping up to date with product information and competitor offers.
• Providing excellent customer service and handling high call volumes.
• Hours: Mon–Fri 8–5 or 9–6; occasional Saturdays; basic administrative duties.

Job Description

Generator Supercenter is looking for a result driven Inside Sales Representative to actively work in our call center.

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Proper phone etiquette.
• Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
• Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads.
• Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
• Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy skills. Tend to high volume of calls.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Monday – Friday, Hours are from 8-5 or 9-6. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Competitive Pay: Hourly + Commission
