Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a result-driven Inside Sales Representative to work in our call center in a fast-paced environment. You will develop new sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and guide them through product features and services.

Role requires strong customer service, basic Excel/Word skills, and the ability to handle high-call volume while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8–5 or 9–6 with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Tends to a high volume of calls.

Responsibilities

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain and improve the database of prospects and researching new leads.
• Answering customers’ questions, resolving concerns, and providing information via calls and emails.
• Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
• Tend to high volume of calls and maintain phone etiquette.
• Monday–Friday 8-5 or 9-6; occasional Saturdays.
