Job summary

AccruePartners is expanding and seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our internal team in Charlotte, NC. This is a production seat with real commission from day one, focusing on recruiting and sales fundamentals.

You will own full-cycle recruitment from first call to placement, prospect hiring managers across the Carolinas, and manage your Bullhorn pipeline daily. A 5-day in-office requirement for the first 90 days transitions to a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience (internships count)
• Outbound activity is heavy; calling is primary
• Strong written and phone communication; able to engage VP-level leaders
• Performance-based pay with uncapped commissions
• Located in Charlotte; 5 days in office for first 90 days, then hybrid

Responsibilities

• Recruit top candidates and develop client relationships, running full-cycle from first call to placement
• Prospect and cold-call hiring managers across the Carolinas to grow a client portfolio
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates via outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
• Conduct phone and video interviews; assess fit and prepare candidates for client conversations
• Manage pipeline daily in Bullhorn; track submittals and results
• Build relationships in person via networking events and client visits
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, Bullhorn and Bullhorn Amplify to research talent
• Communicate daily with managers on the phone, video, and written form
