Job summary

SmartFinancial is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Columbus, OH to drive growth by engaging insurance agencies through high-volume outreach, educating clients on our technology, and closing deals. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, maintaining CRM records and meeting ambitious targets.

We offer uncapped commissions with a potential total compensation of $70k–$120k, plus bonuses; top performers exceed $150k.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to connect with clients quickly and build rapport.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills with objection handling.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting sales goals.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outbound outreach: 150–250 daily calls to insurance agents and agencies.
• Educate potential clients about our products and services and drive sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and drive client growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with new clients and network effectively.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
