Carter Lumber is seeking an Inside Sales Rep in Ohio to welcome customers, share product information, prepare estimates, and process transactions. You will also follow up on quotes, qualify leads via cold calls, and support Outside Sales as needed.

Salary is starting at $50,000 per year with commission; earnings have no cap. You will join a team-focused, people-first environment that promotes from within.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers by sharing product information and giving advice on needs and projects.
• Produce estimates for packages/projects and process transactions.
• Follow up on online quotes and cold-call to qualify new leads.
• Support Outside Sales Reps and assist in inventory control; conduct cycle counts.
• Complete training to learn products, POS system, and paperwork.
