McNICHOLS CO. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to build and maintain customer relationships, gather requirements, and negotiate terms to supply industrial metal products. You will learn our products through comprehensive training and drive growth with a large base of repeat customers.

Base pay is $60,000/year with uncapped quarterly bonuses based on sales performance. Join a team focused on service, knowledge, and opportunity across markets in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic sales professional with industrial/technical product sales or strong customer service experience.
• Strong math skills and ability to learn technical product applications.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; capable of typing 40 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player with multitasking ability.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emails.
• Identify and investigate customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare accurate cost quotations and negotiate terms.
• Close sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Advise on product developments and upsell promotions.
• Monitor inventory and track order progress.
• Analyze market data and identify future buying needs.
