Qualifications

• 2+ years in proven sales, inside sales, lead conversion, or high-ticket sales.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and conversion goals.
• Strong phone, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and a CRM.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and follow up consistently.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, timeline, and readiness to build.
• Schedule and conduct sales consultations.
• Educate clients on our homes and building process.
• Build relationships and manage an organized sales pipeline.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activities.
