Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co., a long-standing leader in Caterpillar equipment support in Georgia, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage a defined customer account list and provide parts and service solutions.

You will participate in the sales training program and contribute to incremental revenue through proactive calls and lead follow-up. The role emphasizes teamwork, urgency, strong customer service, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective equipment solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in learning about sales and customer needs.
• Demonstrated success in prior work experience.
• High energy and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to communicate sales, parts, and service solutions over telephone and through technology.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 45 customer calls per day and follow up with incoming customer leads.
• Contact customers on a defined account list to deliver sales, parts, and service solutions.
• Drive incremental sales, parts, and service revenues; improve deal participation and market share.
• Collaborate daily with other sales reps to develop and deliver customer solutions.
• Participate in required safety program and other duties as assigned.
