Achieve is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to guide members through personalized digital finance solutions. In our fast-paced, high-volume role, you’ll work with warm leads to uncover financial needs, close deals—often within 1–2 calls—and balance empathy with education to help customers thrive.

The position offers hybrid/remote options with flexible shifts and a strong earning potential through uncapped commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of successful inside sales, outbound call center, or financial/consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, commission-heavy environment.
• Strong ability to build quick rapport, handle objections, and influence decisions with empathy and authority.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm leads with high-volume outbound dials (up to 100+ daily).
• Lead consultative closes by identifying customer needs and articulating product value.
• Manage and prioritize a dynamic pipeline (20–200+ leads).
• Guide clients through emotionally complex financial decisions toward clear solutions.
• Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and metrics.
• Use Salesforce to track activity and maintain pipeline accuracy.
