Ferguson in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves preparing pricing proposals, supporting new sales opportunities, and coordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Starting pay is $23/hr or more with experience, with a pay range noted between $18.71 and $29.92 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a structured 8am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Develop knowledge of sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage pricing proposals and quotations for projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and researching projects.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation with product details.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Oversee the full Order-to-Invoice cycle and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
