Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Arlington Heights, IL. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, handling quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track and clients coming back.

You will support both individual customers and the Outside Sales team, coordinate with warehouse staff, and maintain a clean showroom while promoting featured products and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or related position.
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree in business, sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Providing timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handling walk-in sales and guiding customers through product selections.
• Entering and processing orders with precision and speed.
• Coordinating delivery schedules and providing updates to customers.
• Supporting the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and customer follow-ups.
