Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in our Product Development Group in Kentucky. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process and manage orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to meet customer needs and drive on-time delivery. 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience and ERP/SAP exposure are required.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in sales, customer service, or business.
1–3 years' experience in sales, customer service or account management.
Experience utilizing an ERP or SAP system.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process and manage orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Voice of the Customer: manage inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and claims with excellent service.
Review customer requirements, provide pricing and product availability, and ensure orders are acknowledged promptly.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to meet customer needs and drive on-time delivery.
Analyze sales and customer data, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Expand product knowledge and contribute to team success through cross-functional projects.
