You will price, verify product availability, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product Management.

The role emphasizes expanding product knowledge, analyzing customer data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in sales, customer service, or business.
• 1-3 years’ previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
• Experience utilizing an ERP or SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the Customer – manage inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and claims with exceptional service and timely solutions.
• Pricing – review requirements, provide accurate pricing and product availability, ensure orders are processed and acknowledged promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to meet customer needs and drive on-time delivery.
• Analyze Customer Data – analyze sales and customer data, resolve issues proactively, support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Expand your knowledge – continuously expand product knowledge and contribute to team success through cross-functional projects and operational support.
